Potsize – 1L
Phlox paniculata ‘Monica Lynden-Bell’. Altough full out the petals are almost white, the dark pink buds, pink eyes and pink blush of the fresh flowers give the effect of being blush pink – a real beauty from July to October and at its best in light shade. The Whole flower spike is greatly enhanced by the shiny dark stems. Deliciously scented, strong yet compact. 70cm. Found as a seedling in Hampshire by Monica Lynden-Bell, around 1970, who subsequently went on to win many a flower show with her namesake. Mid-season. 75-80cm. Like all Phlox, better where the soil is retentive.
