If you have selected to collect your order from the nursery and we have informed you that it is ready, you can come at any reasonable time, but if we know when you are coming we will have the plants put out ready on the drive for you to pick up and it avoids the problem of us possibly not being around when you arrive. Also, if your order is still pending payment on collection, we will need to be present to complete this process.
If you Google ‘Dorset Perennials’ the map provided is accurate. Take the B3146 Glanvilles Wootton Road from the crossroads on the A352 (Sherborne-Dorchester). We are the 4th property about 300yds down the road. If you go around a bend, you’ve gone too far. We have a double drive. If no one comes there to greet you, walk around the back of the house and on into the nursery. The sign on the edge of the road says ‘Berkeley Perennials’
We will usually get your order ready on the Monday following the orders placement, but this can be altered if you let us know in advance. Please don’t assume that an order placed will be automatically picked out within the hour as we have had in the past. We can be very accommodating and also swift but we do need to have seen the order and its instructions. We tend to be on the nursery and not in front of a screen so we may not see an order for several hours.
