This variety comes from the Chicago Botanic Gardens. The flower spikes are long in a soft mauvy blue with a creamy throat which streaks into the rest of the flower. The flowers are held on a bushy mound of trifoliate green leaves. A long lived perennial for full sun that gets better and better each year.
