Dierama 'Guinevere'. Beautiful new variety whose flowers are gorgeous lavender blushed, white bells dancing gracefully on arched stem. 5ft. Summer. Elegant, grassy, evergreen foliage. Likes full sun in a moisture retentive soil. Dierama are a plant that asks not to be crowded; not because of its cultural needs, simply because the grace with which the flowers hang from long arching stems, seemingly no thicker than a thread, requires space to be best appreciated. Notable is the way that the flowers open from the base to the tip of the stem. Although they hail form damp grassland – they resent drying out – They look at their best arching over water.
