A different form of Angels Fishing Rod derived from Dierama erectum. The bright pink flowers are borne on shorter stems that usually all face up and out more than hanging down, making them rather showy. This is a seed grown variety and so will exhibit a range of variation ie its exact form cannot be guaranteed.

A different form of Angels Fishing Rod derived from Dierama erectum. The bright pink flowers are borne on shorter stems that usually all face up and out more than hanging down, making them rather showy. This is a seed grown variety and so will exhibit a range of variation ie its exact form cannot be guaranteed.
Notable is the way that the flowers open from the base to the tip of the stem. Although they hail form damp grassland – they resent drying out – They look at their best arching over water. They are slow to establish and resent disturbance, but don’t let that put you off – they are well worth the effort.
