Potsize – 1L
Paeonia lutea var. ludlowii. One of the shrubby members of this Genus. It tends to throw numerous sparsely branched shoots from a central base, each terminated with broad jagged leaves; much broader than the related P.delaveyi. The flowers are produced terminally in clusters of 3 or so, 3 inch globes of shining yellow. The bush ends up a 3.5m high and more wide broad vase shape. Thin out whole branches to the base to reduce the plants size and reinvigorate it. Easy and reliable.
